Delete your account
Wobbla supports in-app account deletion in accordance with App Store
Review Guideline 5.1.1(v).
You can permanently delete your Wobbla account, and everything we
store about you, in two taps from inside the app. This page exists
because Apple requires us to provide deletion instructions on the
web as well — and because, if you've already uninstalled the app,
we still want to make this easy.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Wobbla.
- Go to the More tab.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
That's it. The deletion is processed immediately and cannot be
undone.
What gets deleted
- Your Wobbla account and email address.
- Every child profile you created (names, ages, interests, allergies, notes).
- Every activity completion, rating, and favorite.
- Your subscription record on our servers.
- Co-parent links to and from your account.
- Anonymous usage events tied to your user ID.
- Any locally cached data on your device, once you also uninstall the app.
Encrypted database backups that may briefly contain your data are
rotated out within ninety (90) days. After that, no copy remains.
What does not get deleted

Your Apple or Google account. Wobbla never had
control over those. Manage them in
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple, or in
your Google account dashboard.

Your App Store subscription. Cancel it separately
in
App Store → Subscriptions. Deleting your Wobbla account does not stop a future Apple
renewal charge.

Photos on your device. Wobbla never had them — we
can't delete what we never received. Use the iOS Photos app to
manage them.
If you can't open the app
If you've uninstalled Wobbla, lost access to the device, or run into
an error inside the app, email
support@wobbla.app
from the email address tied to your account. Include the subject
line "Delete my Wobbla account." We will delete the account within
seventy-two (72) hours and send you confirmation.
Just want to clear the data on this device?
You can wipe Wobbla's local cache (photos, drafts, settings) without
deleting your account. From inside the app:
Settings → Privacy & data → Wipe local data.
Just want a copy first?
Before you delete, you can export everything Wobbla knows about you
as a JSON file:
Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data.
